J. Michael Nesser, CPA, JD, CFE, ABV

Mr. Nesser has considerable experience assisting attorneys in a wide variety of disputes and business litigations through the analysis of financial, accounting, economic and tax issues, including business valuations, analysis of lost profit, and evaluations of other economic damages. He is a professor of accounting and finance, Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Business Valuator. Mike is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the AICPA His background includes audit and tax experience at Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. He has provided expert testimony in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Mike has made numerous presentations on accounting and tax topics and is the author of several articles in the areas of economic damages and the use of technology in the performance of litigation services.
